Dark Horse leadership is attempting to reduce union membership by claiming supervisory status for Senior Editors, who have never been allowed management roles.
Senior Editors are now being forced to choose: accept this claim and relinquish their union protection, or face a demotion and life-altering decrease in pay.
We demand management stop using underhanded tactics to stall the progression of their inclusion in our union.
